Apprise Education, Reprise Innovation

"Shikshan Niti Namah, Naye Bharat Ki Nayi Umeed"

“My mother once told me to be a lady and for her, she meant me to be your own personal boss and be independent” and the NEP will help students to learn with practical scenarios.

In my opinion, the NEW EDUCATION POLICY  will really remark a good change and will encourage the overall growth of students and the growth of the Indian Economy.

The NEP is erected on the foundational pillars of ‘Access, Equity, Quality, Affordability, and Accountability’. This policy is aligned to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and aims to revise and overhaul the education system in our country, including its regulations and governance by making both school and college education more holistic, flexible, and multidisciplinary.

It signals the end of rote learning and brings in assessments based on the application of core concepts, introducing practical skills from Grade 6 onwards, providing INTERNSHIPS, and enabling every child to have one skill when he completes the school education.

This is a welcoming and much-needed change! Additionally, it will ensure that a child is not just assessed based on her academic performance, but other factors that focus on overall personality development as well.

The new policy is aimed to be more skill-based.

According to the National Education Policy 2020, the school curriculum and pedagogy will aim for the holistic development of learners by equipping them with the key 21st-century skills.

It gives students increased flexibility and choice of subjects to study across subjects. This means that students can opt for Mathematics and Fashion or Artificial Intelligence at the same time, much like the 50+ subjects offered by IB and Cambridge.

This New Education Policy 2020 will really help students to foster in their careers.

v Health is a very aspect of everyone's life. Nothing is more important to a human's being than health and fitness. Healthy and fit people enjoy their lives with great joy and peace.  An unhealthy person cannot enjoy life to the fullest.

v Maintenance of physical and mental fitness is very important for a person who wants to succeed in life. Regarding health and fitness, it has been said by Buddha that, “it is a duty to keep the body in a good health. Otherwise we will not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

v Our body needs adequate Amount of protein, vitamins and minerals daily to stay fit and healthy. With healthy eating and physical activities, we need to maintain hygiene in our home and surrounding areas including our hygiene.

v Prime minister Narendra Modi also encourage the Indians for fitness. The prime minister said,” only a fit person, fit family and a fit society will pave way for a great and new India.PM Narendra Modi launched the fit India movement on the occasion of national sports day at the lndira Gandhi Indoor stadium in New Delhi.

v Conclusion :

Physical health is very important for human life and fit India movement would bring a drastic impact on many lives if it gets a country-wide acceptance. Hoping for the same in this busy work life, people could take out same time for their well bring.

The Prime minister ,who is known to do yoga everyday, also urged people to make lifestyle changes and said that technology has contributed to a sedentary lifestyle.

Here are the top quotes from his speech at New Delhi's Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium:

" Fitness is just not a word but a necessary condition for a healthy and prosperous life."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged Indians to take up fitness as part of their daily lifestyle as he launched the Fit India movement on Thursday, saying that the key to keeping India ahead is 'healthy people' , healthy family and healthy society'.

When you gain awareness about fitness, become conscious about your health, you will notice changes in your life- threatening objects like drugs."

Diseases like diabetes and hypertension is increasing in India day by day. Even the younger generation is infected with these diseases. This disorder is due to a disorder in your lifestyle. You have to change your lifestyle. You have to change your lifestyle to improve your health."

The campaign is aimed at encouraging people to include physical activity and sports in their everyday lifestyle. From past several years people of India are focussing on their health but if we see todays lifestyle, their is a lot of difference. Now people dont have time for physical activities. Their busy schedule and sitting  work in offices there is no time to go for a walk or exercise.

Looking into this matter deeply, our honourable Prime Minister headed to make India fit. A committee headed by sports minister Kiran Rijiju and comprising government officials, members of(IOA), national sports federations, private bodies and fitness promoters, has been formed to take the movement forward.

Fitness has always been an integral part of our culture. But there is difference between fitness issues now. A few decades back, a normal person could walk 8- 10 kms in a day do cycling or run. But due technology, physical activity has reduced. We walk less now, and that technology says that we do not walk. Secondly the increasing number of health issues is due to less workout.

Modi said the younger generation grappling with lifestyle diseases is a thing to worry. So we all should take some time from our daily lives for our health.

There are many problems faced by this movement like ‘Fit India Movement’ is difficult  reach the population which  below poverty line. To keep the body fit , both physical activity and balanced diet is  necessary. But in India, Still major part of population is  malnourished and even some people do not get  safe Drinking water. So, it should be first priority to solve the issue of poverty and make it possible that each individual get affordable nutritious diet. After that  a major part  of population in India will  be able to take advantage of this movement.

The lessons to  maintain fitness should start from early childhood. But in India, many Schools do not have sufficient space to  play. Fit India movement is an initiative considering the increasing number of People turning to a  lifestyle which is welcoming to many diseases. Yoga is one of the routines that he never skips, even never by chance. But this time, besides his own fitness, I have talked about the fitness of the people of India as a whole. I urged that most of the population of India is going through a lack of fitness and lack of activeness. Fitness has always been an integral part of the culture of India, but it has become neglected today as it evident from our sedentary lifestyle and an increase in diseases like obesity, diabetes, and blood pressure.  I think that to be successful individuals we have seen are physically healthy and active. I also thanked the young sports personalities of India, who have won for the nation and said that they are confident the young and fit India. I was sad that “If we want to succeed and be free from disease, then it is mandatory to adapt to an active lifestyle”.  Our success is related to fitness, good health. All our success stories from any area of life are related to our fitness. keeping your body fit is the first thing, everything will be in our hands, our body will be fit. Through the fit India movement, there is an effort to take this country to a new side, as people remain fit, their ability to work will increase even more, and eventually our country will grow faster. It is very important that all those young people of our country both from the body and be healthy. It provides a unique and exciting opportunity to work towards a healthier India.
