 We usually talk about leadership. Have you ever thought what is leadership word really means?

 Okay! may be in your opinion, it's just all about political leaders. Everyone knows what leadership is, but few people can articulate what it truly means.

 Let me make you aware, in the true sense of the word leadership is being itself a source of inspiration.

 Leadership is the act of guiding a team or individual to achieve a certain goal through direction and motivation. To  be a great leader, it is necessary to learn and cultivate the skills it takes to be effective.

 Just think once what is most challenging about leading organizations today?And do this leadership challenges differ around the world?

 Our researchers conducted a study on this, going straight to the source to answer these questions about leadership challenges, gathering input from 763 middle and executive - leaders in organizations from china / Hong kong, Egypt, India, Singapore, The United Kingdom, Spain and The United States.

 We might think that it is easy to hold the responsibilities of leader but in actual it is not so. It may be surprising to find so much consistency in these challenges. The first challenge is INSPIRING OTHERS i.e is motivating others to ensure they are satisfied with their jobs and working smarter.

 One of the tough challenge is LEADING A TEAM: The challenge of team building, team development and team management. Specific leadership challenges include how to instill pride, how to provide support, how to lead a big team and what to do when taking over a new team.

 

Alone with this, there are several challenges faced by leader in leadership - Managing stakeholders, Guiding change, Developing Managerial skills,     Honing

Effectiveness, Developing Employees, Being a Source of inspiration and toughest challenge is Managing relationships, politics and image.

 In my concern, leaders can be made which means it is accessible for all and can be learned as a behavior. There are no born leaders. However, all humans born with unique strengths and it enable to be a successful leader.

As we all know about the fact that universe doesn't remain constant.

It's the same with organization. Every leader faces challenges, be proactive, be persistent in learning leadership skills.
