Our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the ‘Fit India Movement' on 29th August, 2019 which is being celebrated as ‘National Sports Day ‘every year. Being fit and healthy is the main task now for each and every person. He launched the movement mainly to encourage the people to adopt a fit a healthy lifestyle.

Earlier, it was advised to keep your health fit. But now in present, it becomes one of the major goals of everybody’s lives to stay healthy and fit and the majority of the people around are really working hard towards their body healthier. Fitness is just not to be healthy from outside, also stay fit from inside. In an attempt to promote fitness among school children, the Central Board of Secondary Education has instructed all its schools to observe ‘Fitness Week’ in the month of November as part of ‘Fit India Movement’. The prime objective of this initiative is to bring a behavioral change in school children by spending “Passive Screen Time” to “Active Field Time”.

And if I talk about the participation then on 18th Jan 2020, Fit India 2020 organised by NYKS Mokokchung under Chunchuyimlang block, the program stated at 6.00 am from the high school junction to local ground Chuchuyimlang with53 participants. And another participation was held on 17th February 2020 the schools are conducting a physical exercise program for the students. All students are participated the program in the morning assembly time. 

With the help of Indian Fitness Influencers, India is getting new health and fitness goals which will consequently make the entire nation high on fitness. Let’s take a peep at the top 5 healthy and fitness influencers in India

       

SAPNA VYAS-

A very popular face in the world of YouTube and other social media platforms, Gaurav Taneja is living proof of supreme health and fitness. Also known as Flying Beast, Gaurav is a pilot by profession and fitness enthusiast by passion. He has the 685k followers on Instagram.

RANVEER ALLAHBADIA-

Ranveer is one of the well-known and followed fitness motivator who has a plethora of fans in various social media platforms. Ranveer takes health very seriously which is why he makes sure that the tips and lessons that he gives to his followers are completely genuine and true to the fact. He has the 683k Followers on Instagram.


UNIT JADHAV-

he is an ardent bodybuilder. Such a heavily-built body and confidence pouring from his face is just what you need to look at to boost your enthusiasm towards fitness. He has the 518k followers on Instagram.



There are many benefits to stay healthy and fit in life:


1. The proliferation of technology made our lives much easier and much better.

2. Fit India movement encourages the people to consume healthy food and to maintain physical and mental fitness.

3. This movement will help the child to change their mind as they were asked to go outside, to enjoy as necessary for their fitness.

 

 As now we all are aware of that, what is fitness movement is. So, it is necessary to encourage the society to stay healthy and fit and this movement is for each and every aged people. So, now start taking care of your health and fitness.
