Fit India tools for people who want to lead a healthy life and reach their fitness goal...

 

'Fitness has always been an integral part of our culture. But there is Indifference towards fitness issues now'. 'With technology, physical activities has reduced. We walk less  and the same technology tells us that we are not walking enough'.

 

Emphasizing on the importance of physical fitness "Fit India movement" was launched by honorable Prime Minister of India on 29th august, 2019, with the aim to encourage people to adopt physical activities and sports in their day to day life. With this sole mission, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has launched “Fit India school week" & "Fit India school rating" to make fitness an essential part of school education.

 

Not only children... nowadays being fit and healthy becomes an essential part of everybody's life... So, exercising daily if possible, is the single most important thing you can do for your health. In short, it helps to control appetite, boost mood and improve sleep also it reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, dementia, depression and cancers too...

 

So being a NCC cadet I used to exercise on daily basis and also motivates my parents and neighbors too. It helps all of us to stay healthy and fit. ..

 

Nowadays, youth becomes lazy  because they don't want to do any physical exercise which is not good for their physical as well as mental health. The ministry has prepared a system of Fit India School Rating with simple and easy parameters for ranking of schools. It depends on how much importance the school gives for developing fitness among its students and teachers in addition to the facilities available for fitness activities.

 

Fit India is going to be included for the PM's award also and it is likely that the Fit India 5 star school would be felicitated during the Republic Day & Independence day functions at respective state levels.

 

Fitness is an important part of our overall health for many reasons, but what exactly is this fitness..?????

 

It doesn't mean that you can lift really heavy weights or even run a marathon, although people who can do that are certainly fit. For the average person, fitness at a group facility mental and emotional health......

Our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the ‘Fit India Movement' on 29th August, 2019 which is being celebrated as ‘National Sports Day ‘every year. Being fit and healthy is the main task now for each and every person. He launched the movement mainly to encourage the people to adopt a fit a healthy lifestyle.

Earlier, it was advised to keep your health fit. But now in present, it becomes one of the major goals of everybody’s lives to stay healthy and fit and the majority of the people around are really working hard towards their body healthier. Fitness is just not to be healthy from outside, also stay fit from inside. In an attempt to promote fitness among school children, the Central Board of Secondary Education has instructed all its schools to observe ‘Fitness Week’ in the month of November as part of ‘Fit India Movement’. The prime objective of this initiative is to bring a behavioral change in school children by spending “Passive Screen Time” to “Active Field Time”.

And if I talk about the participation then on 18th Jan 2020, Fit India 2020 organised by NYKS Mokokchung under Chunchuyimlang block, the program stated at 6.00 am from the high school junction to local ground Chuchuyimlang with53 participants. And another participation was held on 17th February 2020 the schools are conducting a physical exercise program for the students. All students are participated the program in the morning assembly time. 

With the help of Indian Fitness Influencers, India is getting new health and fitness goals which will consequently make the entire nation high on fitness. Let’s take a peep at the top 5 healthy and fitness influencers in India
