Awareness promotes an understanding of opportunities to get involve in sports and physical activity. Today’s generation are stuck in video games or in mobile games, they are not aware about the indigenous sports of India like kabaddi, tug of war, kho-kho, etc. It is generally accepted that physical activity confers benefit to functional quality and general quality of life and has been proven to reduce the risk of obesity, hypertension, poor joint mobility, back pain and many more. This awareness is not for creating champions but as a means to develop a positive attitude towards life, shaping one's personality and character. Sports should become a  compulsory norm in schools as a subject like English, Hindi and so on.

Sports in India refers to large variety of games played in India, ranging from tribal games to more mainstream sports such as hockey, kabaddi, badminton, and football. India’s diversity of culture, people and tribes are reflected in the wide varieties of sporting discipline in the country. One must be aware of popular indigenous sports include kite flying , polo , snooker. Kabaddi is ancient sport and one of the fastest growing sports of India. Participation among youths in sports  should be large so that they can build leadership qualities in them. Our honourable prime minister has launched Fit India Movement to spread awareness among youth. Also Swami Vivekanand also wanted that youth of India should be best in every field in sciences and in sports. The “Come And Play Scheme” was initiated for optimum utilization of SAI sports facilities in country and is focussed on encouraging local sportsperson in areas.

"Take risks in your life,if you can won you can lead! If you look you can guide"

This phrase has got such a beautiful meaning .Taking risk and challenges in life are as important as other necessary things. I believe we all are living our life. Life or time will go on with risk and challenges or without life will go on but the difference is that we are only living.we are only passing that time.My question is why being ordinary? When I can be best of myself by taking new risks and challenges on what I believe -taking risk on my thoughts and on my gutt feelings .For me challenges are important we absorb many things,we learn,we understand and we 'll try to figureout different- different ways to solve it and that's how we carve ourself .

There is very essential to try new things. If you get success, you can actually lead others, there is nothing when if you fail but this is the thinking of our society that failure is nothing just a big zero. But the thing they don't understand that an attempt has been made. Atleast they are not judging anyone without even trying anything.

They are achieved experience. They learned from mistakes. How many people from us who knows what they want to do - but doesn't know how to do? And how many times we think that if there was someone to guide - it would be great help.

There is nothing like failure,we learn a lot from failure and that's a thing Swami Vivekanand says -" Take risk in your life ,if you won you can lead! If you loose you can guide -"you can actually guide others with your experience.

Swami Vivekananda is one of the greatest spiritual leader of India. As he is the person whoseteachings are extremely related to everyone's life. He is credited for raising inter-faith awareness, recreation of hinduisim and contribution towards nationalism in India. Here are the few famous quotes of Swami Vivekananda that have become immortal and lighten in everyone's heart.

The most famous quote of the Swami Vivekananda is "You cannot believe in God until you believe in yourself". This quote represent the courage of a person to do there work with full of spirit, never depend on other because others is not available everywhere to help you.

We should be independent on ourselves, never think that i can't do it always think I can do it and I have to do it anyhow. If you believe on yourself then only you can believe on God.

Second famous quote of the Swami Vivekananda is "you are the creator of your own destiny". Probably this quote is true that we are the creator of our destiny. If a person help others, then God helps him back when he/she is in difficulty. The one who helps other with no return help, the perfectly unselfish person, is the most successful person.

Third famous quote of the Swami Vivekananda is"keep smiling, because life is beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about"  This quote refers to the smile as everyone should face there problem with smiling face, taking stress depress the person and the love ones of the family too. So just keep smiling and face every problem because every thing is possible with beautiful smile.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SELF INTROSPECTION

 AASTHA SHUKLA

Introspection is much needed thing in such era of monopolistic and fast running world firstly we need to understand what introspection basically is introspection is a mechanism to scrutinize your deep feelings by exploring yourself which helps you to connect dots that were not connected previously, giving meanings to your life. Introspection helps you to find solution to your problems and also help you in making risky decision. The methodology of introspection is quite easy. You have to close your eyes and count to twelve. But it is seen easy and it is that difficult too you should have a silent surrounding with calm mind and resting posture there should be no warful thoughts. You have to concentrate on your breathing. Everyone thinks of changing would but no one thinks to change ourselves. We all want that one chance to rule over the minds of people. For that we first have to control our mind. Self introspection helps us to focus on log run success. This helps us to clarify our objectives and goals. This also helps in calming our minds and took decisions in a clear scope. When we stop assuming the role of victim and see life working in favour of us, we start to see the beauty in what we have already and what we could become. It brings a positive  approach in our life. We have to motivate ourselves on our own no one will be there always. It increases your productivity levels and enhance the perception of life. Introspection can done in the way of doing the things which you likes self introspection is just a mechanism to stop for a movement and assess your life situation, where you have to zoom out the problem if any and put a scanner to reach to the root cause. Once you find the root you orient your actions in a manner which can give a solution to help you move forward in life. You try to find happiness all around the world but it is within you. But to claim it you have to enter into the silence of heart knowing your own darkness in the best method of dealing with the darkness of other people.

Swami Vivekananda's life and teachings have encouraged millions across the world. In 1985 the government of India declared Swami Vivekananda's birthday-January 12 as National Youth Day in honour of the great philosopher and monk since 1985,this day is celebrated as National youth day all over the India.

This quote is one of the most popular quotes of Swami Vivekananda among people .

I use destiny here as path of one's life: from birth to death. As of now this path has three aspects:- past, present and future. The path here is defined by mainly two entities Swami Vivekananda and rest myself.

The definition of the past is based on mix of complex principles.

Through this I can say that Swami Wants to convey the message to the youth that they can do whatever the dream for whatever the circumstances are.

So you have to dream positive.

Work hard to achieve your goals because nobody else is going to do it for you.

Many people have the view that karma is the doer of everything. It is destiny that makes and does things. Such people believe they are fated by their karma to be like they are and there is nothing which can change their life.

For an intelligent person it is all deceptive such a person will never put restrictions on their ability. A man with intellectual believes that he has to make his own destiny with his thoughts and actions.

CONSTITUTION DAY (SAMVIDHAN DIWAS -26th November)

CADET PUSHPANJALI

HR19SWN269654

National Constitution Day or Samvidhan Divas or National Law Day Celebrated on 26th November every year. The significance of this day is that on this day in the year 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India. However, the Constitution of India came into force on 26th January 1950. We celebrate 26th January as Republic Day every year.

The national constitution day is the 125th birth anniversary of the father of the Indian constitution. Dr BR Ambedkar. The constitution is the only backbone of the country upon which every institution and every government should function. The Indian Constitution is a pure amalgamation of the best parts of various constitutions around the world such as France, Russia, Japan and America. The significance of constitution day is to celebrate the values of the constitution which are liberty, equality and fraternity. The National constitution day stands as a day for the celebration of India’s success as the biggest democratic and secular nation around the world.

The history of our constitution starts way back before 1947 when we attained Independence from the British. When the Quit India Movement and the freedom struggle for India began and the lawyers and different intellectual in the country headed by Dr BR Ambedkar, started writing the constitution of India.

There is a gap of 2 months between the national constitution day and Republic Day and in these 2 months, the huge constitution of India was thoroughly read and translated from English to Hindi and different languages. The assembly, at that point of time, met for around 11 months before the constitution was actually adopted on the national constitution

day. The constitution was formally adopted in the year 1950 after it was passed and accepted by the constituent assembly of India. The constitution, when it was adopted on January 26th, was not perceived well by many critics and the issues of language, rights, minorities and the entire government structures were debated in the Parliament and around the country.

Constitution of India declares a socialist, secular, democratic and sovereign republic that gives the citizens of the country with equality, justice and liberty and promotes the values of the fraternity. The constitution is the sole backbone of the country that has kept the country together, with so many diverse cultures, languages and ethnicities, in the last 70 years. Any institution or a citizen not following the values of the constitution can lead to anarchy in the country.

Any harm to the democratic and secular fabric of the nation should be condemned because harm to the democracy of India is harming the constitution of India.

I would like to conclude by saying that If every clause of the Indian Constitution is followed in practice and in spirit, India will become a true democracy but it is easier said than done. India is a diverse country with many languages, religions, ethnicities, diversities and cultural identities that it would become difficult to follow the constitution religiously. Nevertheless, the state has to obey the clauses of the Constitution else the democracy and the secular fabric of India will be in tantrums.

(Unity in diversity is our pride, our identity)

The identity of India is different. The specialty of India is unity in diversity of India. We are full of variations. Unity in diversity is our pride, our dignity, our identity. Diversity is celebrated here in our diversity. We never see a contradiction in diversity over centuries, but we see the power of the underlying unity of diversity.  The celebration of diversity, the festival of diversity, touches the unity hidden within it, brings it out, inspires to live, inspires to connect, moves its purpose with the floor and crosses the floor it also happens. When we take pride in the different languages and hundreds of dialects of the country, even though the dialects are different, there is a bond of emotion. When we consider our different food, costumes as our rich heritage, then the sweetness of belongingness comes in it. When we join the festivals of different regions, their happiness increases and new colors are added, and new fragrances start coming. When we enjoy the traditions, characteristics, cultures, variations of different states, the pride of India, the sense of Indianness flourishes in all four directions, flourishes, blossoms, pride increases immensely. When we respect different creeds, sects, their traditions, beliefs equally, then harmony, affection, multiplicity also increase in them and hence we have to celebrate every opportunity of plurality, as a festival. It is to be celebrated, to be connected with life and this is an India-excellent India, this is Nation Building. This is a power that will not be found in the destiny of any other country in the whole world. Adishankaracharya, who came out from the south, goes to the north and reaches the lap of the Himalayas and establishes

monasteries, Swami Vivekananda, who came out of Bengal, gets new knowledge at Kanyakumari, the southern end of the country, Guru Govind Singh, born in Patna, goes to Punjab and establishes the Khalsa Panth to protect the country. APJ Abdul Kalam born in Rameshwaram holds the highest post of the country in Delhi. Porbandar of Gujarat Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, born on earth, used to wake up the country by going to Champaran, Bihar and therefore believe that it is very important to celebrate this festival of strength of unity constantly. This is the strength of unity through which Indianness flows. It is this strength of unity which is the inspiration of our Constitution written by Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar in true sense. We the people of India- We are not the people of India, these three or four words are not just the beginning of our constitution, it is our ancient cultural history in words embodied in the sense of unity of Indians which has been going on for thousands of years is tradition, trust, reflection. We know that when the game starts, competition takes place inside the village, then both teams of the same village put their full strength to win. One loses, one wins- the winner moves to the tehsil. When the game is played inside the tehsil, the people of that village, including the losing team and the people of the tehsil also win their team, to stand with unity. But when the other tehsils lose, but when the team goes to the district to compete then the loser also joins to win the district and the whole district comes together to win one and when the districts inside the state The district moves forward when it competes. When there is competition of states within the country, all are united for the victory of the state.  A sense of unity and when we go to play in the international world, everyone forgets where the team was from, where the player was from, what was his language, he beat me or not, everybody forgets and when he carries the tricolor of Hindustan on his shoulder, when he runs for victory, the whole of Hindustan runs, together the cheering of Mother India comes out; This is the strength of unity that we experience. When the tricolor is hoisted after winning the medal on foreign soil, every Hindustani thrill together from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, from Maharashtra to Manipur, everyone's emotions are in space.

LEADERSHIP

Leadership is the ability to develop a vision that motivates others to move  with a passion towards a common goal.  So leadership is a process by which person influences others to achieve the goal. It is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen.
Leadership is something that helps allot in achieving the objectives and leader is the one who makes it. So for achieving the goals in effective manner leadership takes some following characteristics –

1)    Leader must have followers
2)    It is working relationship between leaders and followers
3)    Purpose is to achieve some common goal
4)    Leadership is exercised in a given situation
5)     It is a powerful relationship
6)     It is a continuous process

There are four factors that effect leadership .

1)    Leader–you should have confidence in your own that who you are, what you know and what you can do. You  should make your followers believe in you instead of your superiors.  Make them sure that you are worthy of being followed.

2)    Follower–leadership is not successful until you dont have good followers. You should have good understanding of human nature like needs, emotions etc.

3)    Communication– there are two types of communication a) verbal and b) nonverbal . The nonverbal type of communication is leading. Bad communication skills harm the relationship between leader and employee.

communication skills harm the relationship between leader and employee.
4)    Situation–what we use in one situation is not applicable in the other. So we must use our judgement to choose the best course of action and the leadership style.

As above we talked about the leadership styles. So here we need to know that what is a leadership style? A leadership style is a leaders method of providing directions, implementing plans and motivating people. Now we will discuss about the leadership styles.

1)    Autocrat–in this a leader takes decisions without asking anyone else. There lies a high degree of dependency on the leader, which may de motivate the employees.

2)    Democratic  - in this members of group take more participative role in decision making. Employees  are supposed to share their ideas and opinions.

3)    Lassiez Faire -  it is the direct opposite of autocratic style.  In this the leader gives the complete freedom to its subordinates to act on their own.
To bring out the leadership effectively we must need to have a  best leader . As he/she is the person who completes the process. A leader is someone who can see how things can be improved and who rallies people to move toward that better vision.  The types of leader are:-

1)   Intellectual leader
2)   Creative leader
3)   Persuasive leader
4)   Institutional leader
5)   Democratic leader
6)   Autocratic leader

Last but not the least, “ IF YOUR ACTION INSPIRE OTHERS   TO DREAM MORE ,LEARN MORE ,DO MORE & AND BECOME MORE ,THEN YOU ARE A LEADER.”
THANK YOU!

DISASTER MANAGEMENT

In this article I have provided a disaster management and also we will talking about the importance of disaster management as well as how country prepared for the upcoming disaster. The disaster management act 23decemeber 2005.It was passed by the RAJYA SABHA Disaster management in India refers to the conservation of lives and property during natural or man-made disasters. Disaster management plans are multi-layered and are planned to address issues such as floods, hurricanes, fires, mass failure of utilities, rapid spread of disease and droughts .India is especially vulnerable to natural disasters because of its unique geo-climatic condition, having recurrent floods, droughts, cyclones, earthquakes, and landslides. India is a very large country, different regions are vulnerable to different natural disaster .

FOR EXAMPLE, during rainy season the peninsular regions of South India is mostly affected by cyclones and states of West India experience severe drought during summer, recent ‘AMPHAN' cyclone is the biggest natural calamity to ever hit wet Bengal in India , and also cyclone FANI is the biggest hit India, millions were in it’s path in India and Bangladesh.

Disaster management always should have long term planning and everything should be in place well before the occurrence of disaster. Organisation such as the National Disaster Management Authority are the ones that take necessary action during and before disasters . In fact, there is nothing that we as humans can do during a disaster , like the one that’s are the living in covid19 .This Disaster planning beforehand will reduce the lose to life and properly. But disaster management polices are not framed to just prevent the loss, but how to overcome losses. In the case of floods or earthquake , many families and in certain cases, entire communities will be displaced and their basic livelihood will be affected . The Government should provide employment opportunities to the affected people along with health and monetary benefits to the families of the lost one. A good disaster management policy will have an efficient long term plan to prevent the disaster from happening in the first place. Disaster management plan is important in the sense that the trained personnel can carry out timely rescue missions as soon as there is a disaster in order to limit the amount of lives lost and degree of injuries sustained. They team also help to provide relief measures to the disaster victims such as shutter, food, clothes and medicines.

Disaster are sudden and disaster management is a difficult task . Medical personal can be involved in community capacity building starting from the formative years. A disaster is any occurrence that causes damage , ecological disturb, loss of human life . We had to stay away from his thing beforehand and keep the same distance in the area In which earthquake are separated.

LEADERSHIP - A Source Of Inspiration

Leadership! Leadership! Leadership ! Leadership! Leadership!

We usually talk about leadership. Have you ever thought what is leadership word really means?

Okay! may be in your opinion, it's just all about political leaders. Everyone knows what leadership is, but few people can articulate what it truly means.

Let me make you aware, in the true sense of the word leadership is being itself a source of inspiration.

Leadership is the act of guiding a team or individual to achieve a certain goal through direction and motivation. To  be a great leader, it is necessary to learn and cultivate the skills it takes to be effective.

Just think once what is most challenging about leading organizations today? And do this leadership challenges differ around the world?

Our researchers conducted a study on this, going straight to the source to answer these questions about leadership challenges, gathering input from 763 middle and executive - leaders in organizations from china / Hong kong, Egypt, India, Singapore, The United Kingdom, Spain and The United States.

We might think that it is easy to hold the responsibilities of leader but in actual it is not so. It may be surprising to find so much consistency in these challenges. The first challenge is INSPIRING OTHERS i.e is motivating others to ensure they are satisfied with their jobs and working smarter.

One of the tough challenge is LEADING A TEAM: The challenge of team building, team development and team management. Specific leadership challenges include how to instill pride, how to provide support, how to lead a big team and what to do when taking over a new team.

Alone with this, there are several challenges faced by leader in leadership - Managing stakeholders, Guiding change, Developing Managerial skills,     Honing

Effectiveness, Developing Employees, Being a Source of inspiration and toughest challenge is Managing relationships, politics and image.

In my concern, leaders can be made which means it is accessible for all and can be learned as a behavior. There are no born leaders. However, all humans born with unique strengths and it enable to be a successful leader.

As we all know about the fact that universe doesn't remain constant.

It's the same with organization. Every leader faces challenges, be proactive, be persistent in learning leadership skills.

" Lets the leadership quality in you lead the way ."
